The VIP program, explained plainly
Five tiers, driven by lifetime wagered volume rather than deposits. Higher tiers return more of the house margin as rakeback and lift withdrawal limits.

Progression rules
- Tiers are based on lifetime wagered volume, not deposits or net losses.
- Volume accumulates permanently — tiers do not decay if you stop playing.
- Rakeback is credited weekly as withdrawable cash, with no wagering attached.
- Platinum and ef88 add a named account manager and negotiable table limits.
- ef88 is invite-only and is not reachable by volume alone.
What a VIP tier is not
Rakeback returns a fraction of the margin the platform already took from your stakes. An 18% rakeback on a game with a 3% house edge still leaves the expected value of continued play negative — it softens the rate of loss, it does not reverse it.
Loyalty programs across the industry are designed to increase how much you wager. Reaching a higher tier by playing more than you intended is a loss, whatever the tier badge says. If a program is influencing your session length, that is a signal to set a limit.
