There is no iOS app — and that's expected
Apple does not allow real-money gambling apps in the App Store for Pakistan, so no legitimate build exists. Anything claiming to be the ef88 iOS app is not from us.
Any “ef88 for iOS” download is fake
There is no TestFlight build, no enterprise certificate, no sideloaded IPA. A site offering one is either harvesting your Apple ID or installing a profile you do not want on your phone. Use the browser version instead.
