Responsible gaming
Gambling is entertainment you pay for, and the price is the money you lose. Everything below exists to keep that price one you chose.
Controls available in the app
All of these are in Settings → Responsible gaming, and support can apply any of them for you.
Cap what you can add per day, week or month. Increases take 24 hours to apply; decreases apply immediately.
Stops play once net losses hit your ceiling for the period, regardless of balance.
A pop-up every 30 or 60 minutes showing elapsed time and net result for the session.
A short cooling-off period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The account reopens automatically.
Six months to permanent. Cannot be reversed early, on request or otherwise. Marketing stops immediately.
Permanent. Any withdrawable balance is paid out before the account closes.
Warning signs
One of these on its own is not a diagnosis. Several, or one that keeps recurring, is worth taking seriously.
Practical rules that work
Eight questions, answered privately
Eight questions, answered only in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored. It is a prompt for reflection, not a diagnosis.
1.Do you play for longer than you planned, most times you play?
2.Have you deposited again after a loss to try to win it back?
3.Have you borrowed money, sold something, or used bills or rent to fund play?
4.Do you hide how much you play or lose from people close to you?
5.Do you feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down?
6.Do you think about the next session while at work or with family?
7.Do you believe a win is “due” after a run of losses?
8.Is playing more of a relief than an enjoyment?
